Closed-loop control system using Taiwan Delta servo motor and drive, the closed-loop system can compensate for errors through the feedback mechanism to improve the accuracy of the system output; at the same time has strong stability, able to adapt to system changes and resistance to interference. Servo motor can bring faster speed and response speed, usually the speed can reach 2000 rpm and motor acceleration and deceleration of the dynamic response time within a few dozen milliseconds, very fast. This also brings higher accuracy and cutting efficiency to the cutting of acrylic and wood panels. When cutting the same thickness of acrylic, the servo motor machine is 30%-40% faster than the belt structure of the machine.

When use the machine there will produce heat for the electric cabinet, as well as dust will go inside of the electric cabinet also, equip with a heat ex changer can keep the cabinet in a constant temperature, extending the service life of the circuit, replays etc.
